We couldn't celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday without making green eggs and ham. We have had so much fun reading a collection of his works this week. We even had a birthday party to celebrate with our other homeschooling friends, Leo and Phoenix. The boys did not like the eggs, but it seems to be the only way I can get LE to eat eggs, by dying them.

Would you, could you with these 2?
