end of diapers, PLEASE!!

For the past few days, HR has been tugging at his diaper when he gets up from his nap.  Then today, he dug out R2's froggy potty out of the closet and climbed on it.  Once again he started tugging on his diaper, but he had already gone.  Third time he tugged at his diaper, we made it to the potty and actually went in the potty.  Fingers crossed, it was not a fluke and he actually gets it.  Boo did the same thing, saw LE using the potty and wanted to be like big sister.  She wasn't 23 months, but she potty trained at age 2 in less than two weeks.
