
I have a Girls' Night Out to the Cheesecake Factory tonight with my fellow blogger,
Stefani. So, I made
Aransas Pass Chowder for lunch so Ben and the girls could have leftovers (sounds crummy that I will be at CCF while they are eating leftovers, but I am over it.) This chowder MAY have had one weight watchers point. It is loaded with veggies, shrimp and clams. Seafood could easily be substitued with chicken, just make a chicken stock instead of seafood stock. It was so yummy and filling!
